I’ve been personal training / coaching for almost 12 years.

I’ve been in the gym since I was 15 years old and started working out when I was around 10 or 11. I was the kid with Wheaties boxes, books on training and Olympic posters all over my room.
I became obsessed with the process of training and learning how to change your body through different training methods and stimulus. I’ve tried all different kinds of training. Bodybuilding, power lifting, endurance, calisthenics, martial arts, etc..

Diets?? I’ve been vegetarian, vegan, high protein, low carb, keto, you name it. I put on weight, lost weight and gained weight again. Just to do it. Rather than take someone else’s word for it, I did it myself. I figured there’s no better way to help others do something than being able to fully understand the process myself.

I’m excited to share my knowledge through years of experience and would love the opportunity to coach you on your next fitness venture!

My name is Marissa Pope. I am a former collegiate basketball player turned hybrid athlete and personal trainer located in Myrtle Beach, SC. I have enjoyed being welcomed into the fitness community that this area has to offer and am excited to welcome others in as well!

I offer virtual, in person, and group training to help you reach your personal fitness goals. I specialize in programs designed specifically for you, with a focus on strength training, body toning, and hybrid fitness.
