Hybrid House Training was built for athletes who don’t fit neatly into one box.
We train runners who lift. Lifters who run. Weekend warriors chasing their first Hyrox, DekaFit, 5K, marathon, or ultra—and experienced athletes chasing podiums.
Based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Hybrid House Training is a performance-driven training facility focused on hybrid fitness: strength, aerobic capacity, durability, and mental grit. We believe fitness shouldn’t be random—and training should actually prepare you for the demands of competition and life.
